The Government of Kazakhstan provides 40 scholarships for Ukrainians to study at higher education institutions

Ukrainians are invited to study at higher education institutions of Kazakhstan. In total, there are 40 scholarships, 30 of which are for bachelor’s degrees and 10 for master’s. The choice of the educational institution and specialty is left to the candidates.

The deadline for submitting documents is April 17, 2020.

To participate in the competition, candidates must submit:

questionnaire of a fixed sample, filled in block letters with a photo attached in the upper right corner of the questionnaire (in Russian) in 2 copies;

– copies of education documents indicating subjects and grades (points). School students are required to submit a certificate of study in the final grade with grades for the last six months, students who have not received a diploma of education – a certificate from an educational institution together with an excerpt from the credit book and a copy of the school certificate with the application (the educational document is preferably translated into Russian, notarization is required);

– a medical certificate issued by the official health authority of the country of residence of the person traveling abroad;

– medical certificate on the absence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection) and AIDS;

– a criminal record certificate;

– motivation letter (in Russian or English);

– letter of recommendation (in Russian or English);

– copies of pages of Ukrainian and foreign passports.

Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine will accept applications in 2 copies: in electronic and paper formats (SEND BY MAIL).

Scholarships are awarded within the framework of the Agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in the field of education and science.
