Competitive selection of regional development projects to be financed by EU funds continues

The Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine in accordance with the Procedure for the Competitive Selection of Regional Development Projects that can be implemented at the expense of the state budget received from the European Union, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 16, 2016 No. 827 “Some issues of financing regional programs and projects development” (as amended), on September 3 announced a competitive selection of regional development projects that can be implemented at the expense of the state budget received from the European Union.

To participate in the competitive selection, the applicant for the project (central or local executive authority; local government bodies, regional development agencies, formed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Foundations of State Regional Policy”) submits through the online platform https://sectoral.minregion.gov.ua documents (application for participation, information card of the project and description of the project, drawn up in accordance with the requirements determined by Order of the Ministry of Regional Development dated 05/18/2017 No. 120 (as amended by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development dated April 15, 2020 No. 93) “On approval of the requirements for the description and information card of the regional development project, which can be implemented at the expense of the state budget received from the European Union”).

Documents for participation in the competitive selection are submitted exclusively in electronic form through the online platform https://sectoral.minregion.gov.ua until 17:00. 00 minutes October 20, 2020 inclusive.

The procedure for evaluating regional development projects that can be implemented at the expense of the state budget received from the European Union was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of 05/18/2017 No. 121 (as amended by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development of April 15, 2020 No. 94).

The regulation on the competition commission for the selection of regional development projects that can be implemented at the expense of the state budget received from the European Union was approved by Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of 13.05.2017 No. 109 (as amended by order of the Ministry of Regional Development of 15.04.2020 No. 92).
