The selection of candidates for study at universities in Slovakia for the academic year 2020/2021 continues
We already wrote that Acceptance of applications for scholarships for study or internship in Slovakia has begun.
Ukrainians can get an education in higher education institutions in Slovakia – for this, there are 2 scholarships for studies at the bachelor/master level and 1 scholarship for training under the doctoral program. It is planned that it will be held in the 2020/2021 academic year.
Application Deadline – May 30, 2020.
A condition for receiving a scholarship is to have the Slovak language at the required level and to accept for study in the chosen program for a public university in Slovakia.
Applicants who will pass the competitive selection will be able to attend an intensive course of the Slovak language and professional subjects at the Language and Training Department of the Center for Further Education of the University of Bratislava. Comenius. The course will run from September 2, 2020 to June 30, 2021. Detailed information about him is collected here.

It is important that the commission of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic will consider applications sent in accordance with:
- nominations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
- academic performance throughout the entire period of study in institutions of general secondary or higher education;
- selected curriculum (specialization).
Applicants who will be selected must present the original documents sent by e-mail to the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic upon arrival to study in Slovakia.
