DESCRIPTION:

Production of organic fertilizers and means for soil recovery – vermicompost from agricultural waste (chicken manure) based on accelerated biological fermentation. As part of the technological process, the acceleration of the biological fermentation process is carried out. The fermentation process is controlled by adjusting the composition of the air-gas mixture and the temperature in the fermentation chamber. The optimal, experimentally determined ratio of various components of biological raw materials is used for the production of organic fertilizers of the best quality.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The product contains up to 80% organic matter, as well as an organic mineral complex NPK (nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium), it has a lower cost price, which makes it possible to form a competitive price in comparison with similar fertilizers from other manufacturers.

Higher productivity (after shorter fermentation cycles, and no dependence of the production process on the season); lower production cost (due to less time and labor resources required to manufacture the product); higher quality of the product (due to the fact that fermentation takes place for a short time in a confined space, which allows you to keep all the useful substances in the product); high stability of the quality indicators of the product (due to the fact that the fermentation process is controlled and allows you to get a product with the specified quality indicators).
