Ukrainian company launched a smart bot for finding a job in IT
The idea to create such a bot was born in CleverStaff, which already has extensive experience in HR-tech. It is not so easy for an IT specialist to find a suitable vacancy for his experience. On job search sites and, even more so, in ads with vacancies on Facebook or Telegram, you have to look through all vacancies in a row, it is impossible to select them according to your technical experience. And the primary selection is based on it.

Then he can offer exactly suitable vacancies according to the candidate’s experience.
The bot works in Telegram and already offers about 1,600 IT jobs in 244 companies in 32 countries. Most of them are in Ukraine.
The team plans to teach the bot to communicate in English, accept IT vacancies from various web resources, as well as improve the technology for identifying requirements and finding suitable offers.
