Mechatronics laboratory opened in Donetsk National Technical University

An interdepartmental laboratory of mechatronics was created at Donetsk National Technical University. The opening took place on June 11, 2020.

For the laboratory, the FESTO MPS station, as well as two robots-manipulators “Dobot Magician” that support a 3D printer, were purchased.

Such equipment imitates production processes, will help students prepare for mechatronics competitions. For example, at WorldSkills.

The laboratory was opened as part of the project “Energy Efficient Digital University for the Promotion of Technical Innovation” (EDUTIP). This program is funded by the EU.
