Applications continue to be accepted for the Green Talents international scientific forum – you can submit by May 19
The Green Talents – International Forum for High Potentials in Sustainable Development international scientific forum invites scientists who want to submit their research.
Deadline for applications – May 19, 2020, 14:00.
In particular, the forum will allow:
Applications for the West are accepted from undergraduates, doctoral students and a postdoc, as well as from young specialists who have worked in the specialty for no more than three years (excluding work experience in the specialty in the process of obtaining a degree) and pay special attention to sustainable development.
- attend the Science Forum in October 2020, which includes visits to leading German enterprises, institutions and companies that implement the principles of sustainable development;
- individually meet with chosen German experts to discuss the prospects for further joint research and cooperation;
- expand the network of professional contacts during the award ceremony in Berlin with the participation of Green Talents alumni;
- undergo a fully paid scientific internship in Germany for up to three months in an organization of choice (in 2021);
- have access to the Green Talents alumni network.
English is required.
The candidate must not be a German citizen or permanently reside in Germany.

It is worth noting that previously Ukraine has already received three awards in the competition – in 2010, 2012 and 2015.

Since 2009, the Green Talents Forum has been organized by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Annually 25 young scientists from different countries become participants in this event, actively contributing to the implementation of innovative environmental initiatives in the field of sustainable development. To date, 257 prominent scientists from 69 countries who have achieved success in the sustainable development of their communities, regions and countries have become participants in this program.
