In detail:
The resin at the sprue and runner is kept molten to maintain constant fluidity. When the tip-heating is inactive, the temperature at the gate drops and is additionally cooled by the die, which leads to a very small amount of the resin solidifying inside of the cavity. This leads to a clean cut without drooling of material. After the moulded product is removed, the spear tip is heated up to instantly melt the solidified resin at the gate to enable the next injection. The energy efficiency is convincing due to the minimized weight without affecting the main functions, which results in temperature uniformity and leaves no dead spots in the flow path.

-rubber (LSR) products who are willing to work with the company´s system, namly the cold runner system for rubber and liquid silicone injection (injection moulding).
