PURPOSE:
For energy-efficient, environmentally friendly and economical disposal of sewage sludge, plastic, rubber, biomass and other types of waste that contain carbon.
DESCRIPTION:
The technology is based on the process of continuous high-temperature pyrolysis for energy-efficient, environmentally safe and economical disposal of sewage sludge, plastic waste, rubber and other types of waste. The technology ensures the production of heat and electric energy using any types of coal waste as a fuel and the provision of services for waste disposal, supply of electric and thermal energy. In the process of waste disposal, waste is not incinerated, the environmental safety of the technology is confirmed by the conclusions of scientific institutions and institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (emissions in flue gases and ash). The technology is patented in Ukraine, an installation has been developed – a prototype of an industrial scale with an installed capacity of 0.5 MW.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Possible types of waste for disposal include: sludge from sewage treatment plants; Waste rubber (worn out tires, production waste, etc.); Sorted municipal solid waste, and RDF materials; Waste plastic (bottles, packaging, etc.); Used car oils, industrial waste, etc. Animal waste (bird droppings, manure, etc.); Agricultural waste, green mass (grass, leaves and tree branches) Waste from woodworking production.
ADVANTAGES:
The technology allows the disposal of waste with a moisture content of up to 70%, including hazardous waste, without the cost of energy resources. There is no direct incineration of waste, which ensures high environmental friendliness of the equipment. Works on almost all types of homogeneous alternative fuels (waste). Easily integrates with existing steam and hot water boiler models as well as industrial dryers. Reduces CO2 and NOx emissions into the atmosphere. The technology cost is much lower than alternative high-temperature pyrolysis technologies. Easy to operate and repair equipment.
