International IT conference Devoxx 2020: exclusively in Ukraine and completely free

On November 6 and 7, Ukraine will host the international conference Devoxx – one of the most popular events in the Java world, which also covers many other topics about: Cloud, DevOps, Reactive Systems, Microservices, Machine Learning.

Conferences and other themed events under the Devoxx brand and affiliated Voxxed Days are held in the UK, Belgium, France, Poland, Greece, Morocco and Belarus. However, this year Devoxx will become exclusive for Ukraine – only in our country did partners and organizers decide to transfer such a large-scale event to the online format. And make it completely free.

Why Free?

Devoxx has always been and will be a conference whose main goal is not profit, but uniting like-minded people for the development of the IT industry. And thanks to this year’s online format, the organizers managed to eliminate a certain share of the costs inherent in “classic” conferences.

However, “free” does not mean “poor quality”. Devoxx is a powerful international brand with more than a decade of success history, therefore it has high organizational standards, despite the new format.

What changes will the conference undergo through the online format?

Despite the complete transition to online, the organizing team made sure that the experience of Devoxx 2020 participants was not significantly different from offline meetings.
