Ukrainian Startup Fund and Unit School of Business start cooperation

Director of the Ukrainian Startup Fund Pavlo Kartashov together with Managing Partner of Unit School of Business Artem Makeev signed a partnership memorandum.

“Our partnership is another step in uniting the Ukrainian startup ecosystem and synchronizing efforts to develop it. Right now, together with Artem, we are creating new opportunities, and the task of startups is to use them”, – said Pavlo Kartashov.

The purpose of the memorandum is to establish strategic cooperation between the Ukrainian Startup Fund and the Unit School of Business, as well as to identify ways of mutual support, including the organization of events aimed at implementing optimal solutions for the development of the startup ecosystem in Ukraine. Participation in joint projects, events, meetings and the like is expected.

The first two concrete steps of the partnership are the organization of scholarships and special conditions for startups participating in the pitch of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, which will help them take advantage of the Unit School of Business training programs. Scholarships and special programs will apply to all teams regardless of their pitching results.

“Together with the Ukrainian Startup Fund, we have similar missions – to develop entrepreneurship. Pavel and I have been working on the same floor for a year now and it seems to me that our unification was only a matter of time, since we share common values. Our school will definitely be useful for startup teams, as it offers high-quality and startup-relevant education according to the most modern world practices”, – comments on the details of cooperation Artem Makeev.
