Prolifics Testing analyzed vacancies in European technology companies and highlighted the top 5 countries where specialists are most needed, as well as the most in-demand professions. The results of the study were reported by Business Insider.

In the top 5 countries by the total number of vacancies in the field of technology were:

What kind of specialists are looking for
- AI engineers are in high demand in Italy with 4,941 open positions. Moreover, the average salary of such a specialist is $ 35,180 per year. Companies looking for employees for this position include Microsoft, BIP and Ricercami Srl.
- Systems engineers are looking for in the UK. On the job market, analysts found 3,759 offers in this area. A systems engineer can earn an average of $ 47,733 per year. Employment is offered by the BBC, Boeing and Facebook. Systems engineers are also in demand in Switzerland (555 vacancies); Turkey (499 vacancies); France (268 vacancies); Sweden (125 vacancies); Finland (47 vacancies).
- Java developers will be able to find work in Poland – 1904 vacancies. The average salary for such a specialist is $ 56,710 per year. Development jobs are offered by Goldman Sachs, KPMG Poland and Nordea.
- The most sought-after specialists in Germany are system administrators. Their average annual salary can be $ 49,699. Companies offering jobs include Lenovo, InterQuest Group and Deutsche Welle.
