During July, 4 free webinars on the use of the Scopus database will be conducted for the scientists
Acquaintance with the Scopus database, search for information in it, ScienceDirect and the author in Scopus – Ukrainian scientists will be able to find out about all this at free webinars for July 2020. Trainings will be held by representatives of higher educational institutions and scientific institutions of Ukraine.
Webinars will be held in Ukrainian. The information that will be presented during the webinars will be useful to the heads of institutions, members of the editorial board, researchers, graduate students and students.
The lecturer will be the official trainer of Elsevier, the chief librarian of the M. Maksimovich Scientific Library of the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University Maryna Nazarovets.
According to the organizers, after passing each of the webinars, registered participants will be able to download certificates of participation on the BrightTALK platform.

Theme: ScienceDirect – open access features.
Summary: ScienceDirect – one of the largest full-text literature databases, offers access to over 2,500 scientific journals and 33,000 books. During the webinar, we will get acquainted with the database itself, consider what database content is in the public domain, and how to search for it and how to download it. Subject pages (ScienceDirect Topics) with verified and fundamental information on topics of interest to researchers.
