In February, free webinars for scientists on working with the Web Of Science database from Clarivate will be held
In February 2022, 3 free webinars for scientists from Clarivate Analytics will be held, which will cover various aspects of working with the Web of Science database. Registered participants will receive electronic certificates.
The webinars are hosted by Irina Tihonkova, Clarivate Regional Solutions Consultant. During the online meetings, she will talk about patent data available in the Derwent Innovation Index, open access and open science, as well as the features and functions of the Publons platform and the Orcid ID.

Questions to be considered:
- definition, components, functions of open access and open science;
- the impact of open access and open science on publications;
- the cost of publications;

At the webinar, the speaker will talk about patent data available in Web of Science and other Clarivate resources.

During the webinar, we will talk about how to analyze the achievements of scientists according to the Web of Science platform. In particular, how to identify leading experts in certain areas of potential cooperation research, scientific institutions where cutting-edge research is concentrated, etc. The features and functions of the Publons platform and the Orcid identifier will also be considered.
