MHP Innovation Lab competition starts

It is noted that the MHP agricultural holding is opening the reception of ideas for the MHP Innovation Lab competition, thanks to which innovators will be able to implement B2B and B2C projects together with the company. Startups, business, culinary specialists, HoReCa representatives, students, teachers, scientists, marketers, food bloggers, technologists and anyone interested in innovations in the food industry can offer ideas. The competition is held in partnership with the case championships platform CASERS.

“MHP Innovation Lab is a competition for those who openly look at the world, the dream of how to make it better, wake up in the middle of the night from brilliant thoughts and ideas, and are charged with action and results. We are looking for insights, bold ideas and innovative solutions that will help MHP to be an even more customer-oriented, dynamic and modern company”, – said Mykola Takzey, director of the innovation department of the MHP agricultural holding,

Attention is drawn to the fact that the authors of ideas will receive comprehensive support from MHP: feedback on ideas, knowledge about trends in the agricultural sphere. Also, a series of online educational events about new opportunities in the food industry awaits everyone.

For businesses, startups, HoReCa representatives, this is an opportunity to take their project to a new level and launch on a commercial basis together with MHP.

Students, technologists, culinary specialists and other innovators will be able to propose solutions that will be tested on the basis of MHP, or join a team and implement their ideas as part of a holding.

“The opportunity to realize your idea in partnership with MHP, to receive feedback and knowledge from industry experts or an invitation to work – in this project everyone will find exactly what they need. I believe that it is these win-win projects that move us as a country forward, help start-ups and young professionals to break through, while developing their business”, – said Evgeny Ursalov, executive director and co-founder of CASERS.

MHP notes that until October 31, everyone can offer their ideas. The jury – representatives of the company – will evaluate the ideas, select the finalists who will present the solutions in the final of the competition. During the presentation of ideas, winners and formats for further work with MHP are determined. All MHP Innovation Lab events take place online.

Ideas to be assessed by representatives of the company: Mykola Takzey – Director of the Innovation Department of the MHP agricultural holding, Olena Kosyuk – Director of the Department of Technology, Quality and Food Safety, Andriy Bulakh – Deputy Chairman of the Board for Organizational Efficiency and Human Resource Management and Andriy Kislinsky – Director of the Communications Department of the MHP agricultural holding.

MHP added that the company is transforming from raw materials to culinary: it opens various store formats, starts new business models, enters the market with new products in order to be relevant to the consumer. MHP Innovation Lab is another step along this path, within which the holding is open to ideas and finished projects in three areas: products – new product solutions, technologies, meet the needs of the Ukrainian and potentially will be commercially successful; business models – new business models and partnerships associated with ordering, manufacturing, purchasing, shipping and other elements of the customer experience. Separately topical projects related to modern trends in the operation of hotels, restaurants, cafes; services – new services that improve the customer experience at all stages.
