Singapore EUREKA Globalstars Webinar

On September 24, 2020, the Ukrainian Startup Fund, together with the Ministry of Education and Science, will hold a webinar “EUREKA info day” on the possibilities of participation of Ukrainian teams in the “EUREKA Globalstars” initiative.

The event will be of interest to founders of startups, representatives of universities, scientific institutions, science parks, other innovative structures, public organizations and the real sector of the economy that are engaged in the creation of innovative products, technologies or services.

During the webinar, speakers will tell in detail about the “Singapore EUREKA Globalstars” initiative, in particular:

  • the start of accepting applications and the creation of a consortium at the first stage of the competition by reference;
  • specifics of filing applications at the national level at the second stage of the competition (platform of the Ukrainian Startup Fund)
  • main criteria for project selection.

Participation in the event is free, by prior registration. Registered users will receive a program and links to connect to the webinar by email.

We remind you that this year for the first time Ukraine joins the EUREKA Globalstars initiative within the framework of the EUREKA international innovation program. This will allow teams of Ukrainian business, scientific institutions and universities to take part in a joint project competition between the member countries of “EUREKA” and Singapore.

The official announcement of its start and the conditions for participation were announced on June 8, 2020 on the official website “EUREKA”. Singapore and 14 member countries of the program have now joined the competition: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Great Britain, South Korea.
