Ukrainian Startup Fund and Garage Partners start cooperation

Pavlo Kartashov, director of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, together with Pavel Kalashnikov, co-founder of Garage Partners, signed a partnership memorandum.

Such data is needed by any business, and it is Garage Partners who knows the specifics of startups. Their experience will be extremely necessary for the Ukrainian startup ecosystem, so I sincerely congratulate the team!”, – Pavlo Kartashov comments on the details of cooperation.

The essence of the partnership lies in the implementation of activities aimed at implementing optimal solutions for the development of the startup ecosystem in Ukraine. This will be achieved by exchanging information on best practices for developing a startup ecosystem, facilitating the transfer of relevant knowledge and skills by participating in joint projects, events, meetings, and the like.

The Ukrainian Startup Fund is a state fund, which was founded on the initiative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The mission of the fund is to promote the creation and development of technology startups at the early stages (pre-seed and seed), in order to increase their global competitiveness. The process of selecting startups for granting grants takes place on a competitive basis: companies are evaluated and selected by a board of independent investment experts.
