Bollinger startup unveils electric van prototype
For delivery Deliver-E services.
American automaker Bollinger has announced another concept – an electric cargo minivan Deliver-E, designed for delivery services, writes finance.ua.
In fact, the model is a modular constructor, from which each customer will be able to assemble a suitable option for him. On a front-wheel-drive platform with an electric motor of an unnamed power, you can assemble a truck in Class 2B, 3, 4, 5 format thanks to the ability to use different wheelbases. The cargo box features a flat and low floor – the sill is only 45 cm (18 inches) off the ground for easy loading and unloading.
The aerodynamic body allows for a longer range, while depending on the typical delivery route, the customer can choose a battery of 70, 105, 140, 175 or 210 kWh. The power reserve will depend on the load, but the manufacturer has promised support for high-speed charging with a capacity of 100 kW.
