For scientific institutions undergoing state certification, the term for confirming the submitted materials in electronic form has been extended

Scientific institutions that are now undergoing state certification will be able to contact the administrator of the electronic system and confirm the possibility of printing materials and after August 14 – the deadline for submitting information in electronic form. However, to this day, they must fill in all the information materials in the system.

The corresponding explanation is provided by the Directorate of Science and Innovation of the Ministry of Education and Science on August 11, 2020, in response to an appeal from participants in state certification.

In particular, in order to pass the certification, a scientific institution must submit information materials in electronic and paper form to the Ministry of Education and Science. In electronic form, information must be filled out through a special system, after which it is imperative to contact the administrator to confirm the possibility of printing documents.

In recent days, the Directorate received a number of complaints about the impossibility of promptly contacting the administrator. This is due to an increase in the load on the administrator in the last two weeks before the end of receiving information in electronic form, because a significant part of participants fill out the information in the system and apply for confirmation during this period.

At the same time, in order to provide confirmation, the administrator must carefully check all submitted materials, in which, if errors are found, the scientific institution can make the necessary changes.

In this regard, the Ministry of Education and Science is extending the period in which the certification participants will be able to confirm the possibility of printing the submitted materials. Those who do not have time to go through this procedure before August 14, inclusive, will need to contact by August 21 by phone 287-82-34 (Melnik Svitlana). However, after August 14, only those institutions will be able to receive confirmation that has completely filled in all the materials in the system.

We remind you that after confirmation from the administrator of the information materials, you need to print, add to them an application on the institution’s letterhead, copies of publications, charter and submit to the Ministry of Education and Science (16 Taras Shevchenko Blvd., Kyiv, 01601, MSP). Deadline – 28 August.
