Croatian developer of a cloud platform for business communications with an office in Kyiv, Infobip, has become a unicorn. With a new round of investments, capitalization has exceeded $ 1 billion, representatives of the company told AIN.UA.

• The company raised $ 200 million from private equity fund One Equity Partners in Round A. As Infobip reported, this is the first external round of financing.
• The funds raised will be used to further improve the company’s products and develop engineering expertise.
• Among Infobip’s Ukrainian clients: Rozetka, Citrus, MOYO, Uklon, Uber, Zakaz.ua, OTP Bank, Ukreximbank, PZU Ukraine, Alfa Insurance Ukraine.
• Infobip clarified that the deal is one of the most notable in the history of A-rounds of investments in European IT companies, as it exceeds the typical funding of this series by 20 times.
