A festival of creative industries will be held in Kharkiv

According to the press service of the Kharkiv City Council, to participate in the event, which will be held at Karazin Kharkiv National University, representatives of creative professions, businesses, residents and guests of the city are invited.

According to Victoria Grechesky-Mirgorodskaya, Head of the Department for Innovative Development and Image Projects of the Kharkiv City Council, the festival will unite various spheres of the city’s life, in particular culture, creativity and innovation. Its goal is the formation and development of the creative industries sector, as well as attracting investment in this area.

The program of the event includes discussion panels with foreign guests and famous Kharkiv citizens, the signing of a memorandum of intent to create a cluster of creative industries, fashion shows, a concert with the participation of a symphony orchestra, choir and soloists of the N.V. Lysenko Kharkiv Opera and Ballet Theater.

The festival will be broadcast on the CreateKharkiv Youtube channel. Also, everyone will be able to ask questions via the Telegram channel of the event @LetsCreateKharkiv.

It is noted that on July 17 the festival will be held in the Hall of Columns of the Northern Corps of Karazin Kharkiv National University, and July 18 – in the University Botanical Garden.
