Ukrainian hubs and business schools updated their business strategies as part of a sustainable development program
On July 1, 2020 business schools and hubs presented the results of introducing sustainable development into their business models.
The event was held as part of the Sustainability Crash Course, initiated by CSR Ukraine, an expert organization CSR Development Center, with financial support from the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Ukraine. The event’s information partner is Hubs Business Portal.
«Sustainability Crash Course» — is a three-month program for introducing sustainable development in the business model of hubs and business schools (hereinafter – the Program).
The program consisted of a two-day online intensive, two coach sessions with Dutch experts on sustainable development (Noorderwind) and ten informal meetings to exchange experiences on Wednesdays (Sustainability Wednesdays). Throughout the program, the key topics were global CSR trends and new technologies, design thinking, sustainable thinking, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), sustainable innovation in startup ecosystems, business models, building a community, building a dream team, SMM strategies, intercultural communications, partnership for sustainable development.
Implementing sustainable development strategies is a requirement of time and necessity. According to the results of surveys of participating representatives of business schools and hubs, 87.5% believe that the program helped institutions develop business models for sustainable development.
14 business schools and hubs from all over Ukraine – participants of the Program will represent their business models of sustainable development.
