Qatar invites Ukrainian to win international awards on dialogue among civilizations

All interested Ukrainians can join the scholarships at universities in Qatar. The state provides three bonuses for training 2020/2021.

So, the winners will learn how to build dialogs in society, counteract hostility and create peace.
