The Ministry of Education and Science invites Ukrainian scientists to undergo a global survey on the mobility of scientists, which is conducted by the European Commission. The questionnaire is available. The study is being conducted among scientists from countries with which the European Community has agreements on scientific and technological cooperation. The purpose of the survey is to study the question of the mobility of scientists both within the European Union and outside it.
