Ukrainian Startup Fund and Startup Grind Kyiv signed a memorandum of cooperation

Director of the Ukrainian Startup Fund Pavlo Kartashov signed a memorandum of cooperation with the director of Startup Grind Kyiv – Kateryna Degtyar. This is a strategic step for the implementation of joint activities in order to develop the startup ecosystem of Ukraine.

“We are pleased to begin cooperation with the Kyiv office of one of the largest communities of startups, innovators and creators of the world – Startup Grind. We have already cooperated with Kateryna Degtyar, who has become not only an expert of the Fund, but also a moderator of pitch days. This is an important stage for our organizations whose goal is to support innovation and the development of a startup ecosystem in Ukraine”, – said Pavlo Kartashov.

“Startup Grind has been officially present in Ukraine since the creation of the Startup Grind Kyiv Chapter more than 5 years ago. Then the word “startup” did not appear in the mass media, but one could only dream of state support for entrepreneurs as a stable program. Before that, I returned from training at the international MBA program and decided to work hard for the development of Ukrainian IT entrepreneurship. My dream has come true. And I am very glad that today the USF – and this allows Ukrainian entrepreneurs to go on fulfilling their business dreams. Also, I’m proud that today in Startup Grind Kyiv there is a whole team of professionals, as well as other official Startup Grind representative offices in the Dnieper, Kharkiv and Kyiv”, – says Kateryna Degtyar, Director of Startup Grind Kyiv.
