HackCorona in Ukraine – judges determined the best projects
Recently, we wrote that the Ministry of Finance announces the start of the National contest of IT projects #HackCorona in Ukraine! There is more news on this topic.
The national online competition of IT projects HackCorona in Ukraine started on April 1. In 9 days, the Ministry of Digital Transformation received 899 applications – ideas, prototypes and finished products aimed at people and businesses in Ukraine to confront the COVID-19 pandemic.
11 members of the jury carefully considered all the projects and on April 10 announced the finalists. They are:

LikiVdoma from Liki24.com – solves the problem of access to medicines at the best prices in the regions of Ukraine.

KAZKOZVUK – a project created for children with visual impairments.

VUIKO – a marketplace for local manufacturers of craft farm products.

COVID-19 Access Control – access control system for public places and transport.

Raccoon.Recovery Light – physical rehabilitation app for anyone in need.

SafeSafe – project for timely informing citizens at risk.

Social platform for targeted assistance – aimed at supporting socially disadvantaged categories on self-isolation from volunteers/patrons.

Social platform The Shop of Good is a marketplace for social entrepreneurs and vulnerable craftsmen with an online learning academy adapted for people with hearing and vision impairments.

D3PT Trackek – an application that allows you to track your own social contacts and check the risk of picking up COVID-19 depending on who and when the person contacted.

Corona Scanner – a mobile application and a web service that will provide operational polls, monitoring and visualization of changes in the health status of the population.

I will help – a project that will create a centralized and convenient platform for appealing for physical assistance to charitable and public organizations.

SkillAR – a mobile platform for distance interactive learning using augmented reality.

Onushechka Boxing – delivery of boxes to pensioners home.

3D Printing for Medicine – a centralized service with 3D modeling and printing of medical protective equipment and other accessories.

Low Cost Patient Monitor Project – a simple open-source patient monitor based on the Raspberry Pi single board computer.

CoroNo – platform where every Ukrainian can help in the fight against coronavirus.

Digital Women 2020 – stimulating the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine in times of crisis and quarantine.

COVID19 Risk Score Calculator – machine learning project to generate a disease risk assessment COVID-19.

“Support for Life” is a project designed to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and by creating inclusive online education opportunities.

POPUTI – travel companion service for doctors.

SPILNO – mobile application that gamify quarantine.
“Each of the 22 finalist projects is unique and requires an individual approach. That is why we will personally get acquainted with all the teams, talk about ideas and the history of their projects. During mentoring sessions, profile experts will help participants improve their products to get the best result. Based on the results of the second stage, we will choose the winners who will receive funding”, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhailo Fedorov.
