Information:
One of the priorities for the development of science in Ukraine is integration into the European Research Area, which, in particular, is envisaged by the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU.
One of the major trends in the development of the European Research Area is the introduction of the Open Science paradigm. That is why it is important to determine the opportunities and willingness of Ukrainian universities and scientific institutions to put into practice the specific principles of this paradigm.
Open Science is an international movement whose purpose is to make research, scientific data and their dissemination accessible to all levels of the society concerned.
Open Science principles are de facto the standard for scientific communication in Europe. The implementation of these principles will help to develop all fields of science and respond effectively to new challenges, in particular, and in the fight against the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, to provide a number of economic benefits to promote the promotion of science.
