Ministry of Education and Science proposes to the public discussion the Cabinet Order draft “On approving the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy of development of the sphere of innovative activity for 2020-2022”

The purpose of the project is to create an ecosystem that allows innovators to create and implement (commercialize) their own developments.

The draft act envisages implementation of measures aimed at creating a favorable regulatory framework for innovation development; development of innovative infrastructure; promoting the development of innovative and entrepreneurial culture, education in innovation and technology transfer; providing state support for innovation activities; methodological support of innovative activity and technology transfer; promoting regional innovative development; ensuring communication between all participants of the innovation process, facilitating the receipt of consulting services and support at all stages of the innovation cycle; ensuring effective protection of intellectual property rights; stimulating open source innovation and projects, digitization; monitoring the state of the innovation sphere and analyzing the effectiveness of the implementation of measures.
