Ukraine and Poland will guide the use of electronic invoices using eDelivery
Ukraine and the Republic of Poland will guide the use of electronic invoices through the eDelivery solution. The pilot project is being implemented under the EU4Digital project with the support of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
The use of electronic invoices allows parties to exchange digital data instead of paper invoices in the European Union. This offers significant benefits in terms of cost savings, environmental impact and reduction of administrative burden.
The pilot project will be conducted between Ukrainian and Polish companies. This will gather feedback and recommendations from participating companies to further improve and implement eDelivery.
We are looking for companies that use a digital (machine-readable) document format, understand and use electronic invoices (send electronic invoices through any platform).
Benefits of participating in a pilot project:
- the opportunity to test the technical solution for free and to get advice on its further application
- an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the European standards of electronic invoicing and to apply them in practice
- new knowledge on the exchange of electronic documents with EU countries and the Eastern Partnership
- promoting its own company as innovative and digital within and beyond the EU4Digital project.
A common legal and technological framework will allow both countries’ businesses to significantly simplify export/import operations of supply of goods and speed up border crossing.
