Ukrainian Startup Fund will hold the eighth Pitch Day
The Ukrainian Startup Fund will conduct the eighth selection of startups that have received high marks from experts. Pitch Day will be held on July 3 in the territory of the innovation park Unit.City.
“For the first time in a long time, we are returning offline. The last time it was already in February, so we hope that we will continue this format in the future and the quarantine will not interfere. We have carefully prepared for the current conditions and ensured that all sanitary standards prescribed by law are complied with “Although online has certain advantages, they cannot be compared with the opportunities that are achieved only when meeting face-to-face. First of all, this is networking that participants need so much”, – Pavlo Kartashov, Director of the Ukrainian Startup Fund commented on the announcement.
On the eighth Pitch Day, there were 10 start-ups at the seed stage (applying for grant funding of $ 50,000 each). Get to know:

Upswot. Improving sales efficiency for SMEs with continuous monitoring and insights from 117 alternative data sources.
Poly Diagnostic. Production of diagnostic tests based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in Ukraine.
Timeat. Service for pre-ordering dishes in restaurants and cafes. This helps users save unnecessary time waiting for meals in restaurants, and restaurants to attract new customers and accelerate client traffic.
The event will also be attended by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Sergiy Marchenko, the founder and managing partner of the TAVentures venture fund Victoria Tigipko, as well as one of the very first winners of the grant program – AeroDrone.
