Estonian Specialist VC launches €50 million fund. It will invest in Ukrainian startups
Estonian technology investor Specialist VC announced the launch of a new €50 million fund. Fund II’s priorities include supporting startups in the Baltic countries, Finland, Ukraine and Belarus. It is reported by Tech.eu.
- Specialist VC was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Tallinn. Now the fund’s portfolio includes more than 45 technology companies, including Bolt, Veriff, Lift99.
- Fund II plans to have more than 40 investment agreements with startups in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. The fund will also support founders from Ukraine and Belarus who are building their businesses in the four countries mentioned above.
- Fund II focuses on B2B, SaaS, fintech, software-enabled hardware, Web3, deep tech startups at stages from pre-seed to Series A. Fund investments range from $250,000 to $3 million.
