EU Industry Days 2021
In the fall of 2020, a number of industrial enterprises, integrators of automation solutions, design institutions and leading universities of Kharkiv, with the support of APPAU and GIZ (Germany), created the Public Union “Kharkiv Cluster” Engineering – Automation – Mechanical Engineering “.
Kharkiv cluster “IAM” brings together leading engineering companies and educational institutions for the integrated implementation of innovative solutions in the industry of the Kharkiv region. Cluster members strive to create new value chains, which will contribute to both the development of the domestic market and an increase in the competitiveness of the region in Ukraine and abroad.
The mission of the IAM Cluster is to make Kharkiv the center of high-tech integrated product and engineering solutions created with the participation of local industries, complementing each other.

Among the first tasks of the cluster is the organization and holding in Kharkiv on March 23, 2021 of the EU Industry Days 2021 event within the framework of the European Industrial Days organized by the European Commission on the topic “EU competitiveness in the changing global competitive landscape”.
The main goals and objectives of the EU Industry Days 2021 event:
– to present and connect the needs of customer enterprises and innovative solutions of developers;
– identify and present instruments to support innovation at the regional level;
– to create a regional map of innovators in the areas of Industry 4.0 (Landscape Industry 4.0) as a tool for internal and external promotion of Ukrainian developers.
Target industries for the event are mechanical engineering, energy, infrastructure, logistics, medical equipment, which are implementing modern Industry 4.0 technologies.
All materials collected for the Kharkiv Regional Landscape Industrial 4.0 will be posted at the end of the event, including on the Internet resources of the European Commission (EU).
