Now the neural network can imitate any voice

A video appeared on the network of technology for synthesizing voices, where the voice of Russian President Putin tells how anyone’s voice is faked and falsified. The question of the possible falsification of speech the other day was raised after the publication of new “Derkach films”.

The video was published on the Vera Voice Youtube channel – Putin’s voice in the video talks about speech simulation technology.

“Our engineers taught the neural network to speak in different voices”, – the video said.

The voices of Vladimir Pozner and Ksenia Sobchak sound on the recording.

“Now absolutely any voice can be copied and told them anything. This is actually surprising, although a little scary”, – Pozner’s voice says in the video.

It is further argued that with such technology, virtually any conversation can be faked, including the voices of top officials.
